I hv given 2 boards examination in 2018 ..and i passed one board #open board...can i apply open board marksheet in jeemains ?

Yes you can apply for it undoubtaby.Still if you have any confusion go and check the josaa website for 10+2 boards criteria option.

Ok thnks but if i filled failed board in jeemains form .. can't i apply the passed marksheet ?

NO Since you have uploaded the wrong marksheet may be you will face some problems during physical reporting.What you can do is simply request those authorities of physical reporting and tell them your problem and ask them whether you can change the marksheet or not.Hope they are able to help you out.Best of luck.
