I just passed my 1 year form b. Com. Now i wanted to do b. Com llb, can i transfer it. If not, can i do llb after completing my graduation.

I am not aware if you can shift the course but YES, you are eligible to do 3 year LLB course after your graduation. Just check minimum graduation percentage eligibility and other things for further depending on the college you want to get into.
