I just passed my 10th exam and I am very interested in nanotechnology (nanoelectronics), I want to build my career with it and become a scientist, I need your guidance. Which college is best, IIT, NIT or any other?

As you have passed your 10th exam, so I would suggest you to focus on your 10+2 board studies as the concepts should be cleared by you at this moment to go into a specific technical topic in depth afterwards .
