Hope you are doing great ! It's good that you know a little french language but it will not help you in your ba history,if you have interest in French then it also have a good scope in future and increasing day by day ,on the other hand upsc is all about hardwork and hardwork ,you have to do a lot of hardwork to acheive that goal .I just clear you french language has no connection with ba and upsc.Now decision is yours
