No its not in the email also.. They did not send a copy
.. I tried calling them nobody is responding..i ve sent them an email at nbehelpdesk i dont know if they will respond.. I know many others also who are going through the same issue... Please help

Till you get response from NEET . why don't you try retrieving data from your phone using android data recovery tool. Type how to retrieve deleted data from phone in google and follow the steps given. Trying this is better than waiting and stressing out !
