You should try logging in to your account on NTA's official site with the generated ID and password

1. Click on the NEET 2020 Result
2. Then you will have to enter your Roll Number (check your admit card, messages on your registered mobile number or email ID), DOB, and security pin
3. Click on the submit button and your you can see your scorecard there.

Download the file as a PDF, keep it in a secure folder, and also print out extra copies just in case.
