If u belong to Bihar then go for bit Patna otherwise Haldia....
Both are equal for CSE ..

Both are equally good colleges when compared.....but i will definitely say BIT PATNA is a better option than haldia institute of technology because it offers good placement and a BITian tag and degree also.....

However you can check and compare both colleges on this app also.....
