Hi,
IMS ghaziabad is amongst the top 20 private engineering institutes so it is no doubt a good college and you are getting IT branch which is far better so grab that opportunity and get admission.
Your upsee marks are not good enough to get a seat in a government engineering college so your only choices are private colleges.
If you are not sure about this college you can check on the college predictor link to find a suitable college
