Hello,

When it comes to JEE advance requirement of marks then a candidate must have secured a 75% marks in 12th boards with subject including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as compulsory and one best out of your optional subjects.
If a candidate has appeared in six subjects in the board examination, then the subject of fifth or sixth subject with better marks will be considered.

I hope this helps.
