No, you application of GATE 2026 will not get rejected.

Under scrutiny, rectification done means they have got your correction and are checking it. If everything matches your application will be accepted soon.

I have my fathers name misspelt(correct: Krishnabala Dora, misspelt as: Krishna Ballav Dora) in my GATE 2025 SCORECARD, will the colleges reject my application right away or will I be able to show the affidavit? In case, I am able to present the affidavit, when will I be able to show it for proof? will the colleges ask for the affidavit or shall I have to send them via mail or upload somewhere? Or will I need to present the affidavit during the document verification process of admission? What shall I mention in the affidavit?
