Since you have filled your name category as NRI in Neet PG  form, you might face some problems in future since you might be asked to submit the required documents in future thus it might create a problem, thus its better to correct it,

Obviously now you won't be able to correct the same form again so what you can do is to re register with a different mobile number and email address , so that it will help you to choose the correct options now, but because of resubmission you will have to fill in the same application fee again.
