I mistakenly registered myself for MBA in CET instead of BBA application form of IPU. Will my registration fees of Rs. 1200 be refunded?

Sorry to say but once you register for an exam you won't get the refund. You should have done the registration carefully as it's strictly said that you won't get your refund if you fill any details wrong.
You will have to register again for your respective course.
Still you can try once by contacting them via the email provided by them.
