If you are talking about taking admission in medical courses without appearing in NEET, then, in India , NEET is a common entrance exam for all the medical colleges in India so it is not possible in India. But yes you can try for abroad. There are many countries which offer MBBS that too not that expensive.

NEET is the only exam for entry MBBS cours in all colleges of India. From this year AIIMS and JIPMER has also been scrapped. For admission to private and management seats also you must qualify neet at least.
Now you must qualify neet to study MBBS in countries like Germany Russia as well and for this your NEET scores will be valid for three years.
So you cannot get into MBBS without writing the neet ug exam
You can try for other course like
BPT(physiotherapy)
BoT(occupational therapist)
Microbiologist( non clinical)
Biomedical engineer
Biotechnologist
Respiratory therapist
Nutritionist
Psychologist
