i not have interest in engineering but i have interest of studying spacemy aim is to become an astronaut but all are telling to take aerospace engineering but i want to become only astronaut but i am not interest of creating anything in engineering but i have interest in space(study)what should i do

The required qualifications for becoming astronaut is-
A Bachelors/Masters/PhD degree in the STEM field or Aeronautical/Aerospace engineering is the expected qualification that an aspirant must possess to become an Astronaut.

In India generally they select air force pilots for space exploration programs so one way can be that too.
