Unfortunately if you have submitted the application form you cannot edit any information given in it. There isn't any correction window for SSC CGL application so you can only edit if you haven't made the final submission. You cannot apply once again since there is any provision for that even if you try to register new email ID then it will show a warning that' SSC roll number has already been registered'. And if there are any discrepancies in the photograph then your application might get rejected.
