I pass out my 12 th board exam and i got 31 percentile in jee main I want to know the best college where i should study

Sorry to disappoint you but this is very low percentile to get admission into any College through jee mains. I would suggest you to either look for admission in other private engineering colleges like VIT, SRM, Manipal, Galgotias, LPU etc they conducts their own entrance exam for admissions and they're pretty easy to crack. Else if you want admission in jee mains colleges only you need to come again next year with much better preparation.
