Yes you are eligible for JEE mains and you can attempt the exam if you have passed in 10+2. Only thing you need to check is you are not pursuing any degree by that time you are writing the exam.

Yes you are eligible to apply for jee mains. It might be considered as drop but it might be a possibility that you might not be considered because of your age.
