You can appear for JEE Mains but you cannot appear for JEE Advance next year thats ehat the eligibility norms of both say.
JEE Advance gives you only two years , one in which you passed 12th and the next year , after that you cant appear for JEE Advance
Hope this solves your query.
Good Luck!!
Hi Poorvita,
According to the latest rules for NTA JEE Mains, JEE Main candidates can appear in the exam for three consecutive years. Since the entrance will be conducted twice a year, the candidate can choose to appear in both the attempts. However, the attempt for a particular academic year will be considered as One. Therefore, you are surely eligible to give the exam, both Mains and Advanced, in the year 2020. But be aware that this would be your last attempt, so prepare well. Wish you luck!
