I passed 12th and get 63% in 2020 from bseb if I score good marks in jee can get admission in iit ,niit,cftis

See in normal conditions, a student have to qualify a minimum of 75% marks in 12 th board along with a good rank to secure a seat in IIT,NIT and other colleges via JOSAA counselling.
If the government issues mandate due to the covid-19 situation and pull up this eligibility then you can get a seat in IIT's/NIT's.
