if I get good makrs in jee adv but I've 63 % in state boards can I get admission in iit
As per the eligibility criteria of JEE Advanced 2021, for obtaining admissions into IITs, the candidates will be required to fulfill the following criteria:
Minimum 75% aggregate marks should have been secured in the 12th standard (or equivalent) examination. For the SC/ST/PwD category, the aggregate marks are a minimum of 65%
OR
The candidates should be within the top 20 category percentile of the qualifying examination.
Hence according to the above criteria even if you score good marks in the JEE Advance exam you won't get a seat in IIT with 63% in the 12th board examinations considering you under the open category.
