Hi Sukanya

BSc opens up a number of career options for the candidates . whether you are from maths , physics , chemistry or biology. Bsc degree holder can always go for research work , advanced studies or career in related areas.

You can pursue MSc degree in chemistry through IIT JAM exam and then head out to secure a job.

Some  PG courses you can go for after BSc Chemistry are :

MSc in analytical chemistry , applied chemistry , general chemistry , inorganic chemistry , instrumental analysis , medical chemistry , molecular chemistry , organic chemistry , physical chemistry , theoretical chemistry , drug chemistry , pharmaceutical chemistry , physical & material chemistry , biochemistry or masters degree in computational chemistry or ME / MTech in chemical engineering.

Also , you can for government exam if you wish to switch your field.

All the best !!

Hope it helps :)
