i passed in my class 12 and but failed in maths with no comparmental exam, since i have passed jee, can i still study engineering?

First you have to pass in all subjects in board exams to go for Engineering.

First you need to pass a HSC  beacause It is mandatory to get admission in Engineering.

Sorry to say but NO.
You need to pass the 10+2 Exam with a minimum of 75% aggregate to get Admission into NIT, IIIT and other GFTI's through JoSAA Counselling based on your JEE MAIN Score.
