I passed with 75.8% (wrt best of 5 marks) in my 12th board exam in WB board but still I failed in math. Will I be able to appear in NEET, AIIMS or other medical related courses? Pls someone explain

I failed to appear in my 2017 12th board, appeared next year in 2018 but failed, i again appeared in 2019 and passed with 67% .
