sorry to say you will not be able to write JEE Advanced 2019, you can still appear for JJE Mains 2019.

To appear for JEE advanced 2019 you have to be qualified in JEE Mains 2019. By qualifying for JEE advanced 2018 you cannot appear for JEE advanced 2019. So prepare well for JEE Mains 2019 if you wish to appear for JEE advanced 2019.

But I heard that Jee advanced give only two chance & and year count form the year I passed my 12th board
