I remembered a incident i was in 10th went without study for exam&due to some reason exam got cancelled&then i prepared for it,also in 12th i went with no studies told mom i will fail today be prepared for it&got 60% that show i have never studied also lazy careless will 21 late for me to start sbi?

21years is not late, it is the ideal age for starting your SBI PO preparation. Do not stick with the memories of your past. You were lazy but that doesn't mean you cannot change yourself. See, from your class 12 incident you can understand that you have the capability to do something. You thought that you would fail but instead you scored 60% which is better.
