I scored 117.25 in clat 19 and didn't get any college on the first round but in the nlu Nagpur list I saw students with 102 marks of general

Let me tell you with 102 Marks it is not Possible for general Category Students to get admission in NLU,Nagpur.They may be Either PWD or Home state Students,if He/she Got admissions then their Might be some Reservation Criteria for her,but still after Applying Reservation The chances for NLU,Nagpur is low with this Marks,which you have Mentioned.Don't be in rumours.
