Your score is quite low for all India quota seats for mbbs/bds in the govt. medical colleges.Though you may apply for state quota seats.

Hey, you won't be able to get any college either mbbs or bds with 399 marks.. The cut off for All India 15% quota goes very high specially for general category so it would be better if you try for your own state rather than thinking for All India.. Chances are low that you might get mbbs government in your state too.. Try for some private college.. Good luck..
