I scored 466 in NEET 2019,OBC category.How are my chances in Tamilnadu , government quota in government medical College and private?

With a rank of 466, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in Tamilnadu government medical colleges when compared with the results of the previous years. Last year, a score of 580 was required to secure a seat in government medical colleges in state quota , 600 and above for government seats in private colleges.
