You have 68.84% in jee main your overall rank is between 318767 - 358340.
And for jee advance Around 20000 to 25000 candidate are selected. So you can't choosen for jee advance.

Generally the cutoff for Obc candidates is in the range 70-75 percentile every year for being eligible for Jee Advanced. With your score, your chances are somewhat low. Although the cutoff varies every year, so I cannot say for sure.
The cut off will be released along with the declaration of JEE Main result 2021 for the final phase.
