With 80-90 marks and OBC Quota your OBC rank would be nearly 10k and thus you can very easily get into NIT Uttarakhand but choice of stream that you may get is ambiguous(i.e you may not get your own wanted stream).

Also,you will get into any of the Govt. Engineering college easily with your jee main rank.
