You wantes to take admission  in  du .ie.delhi university  one of the most top government university in India. 

For B.A. (BACHELOR OF  ARTS)  the cutoff  goes upto 90 -95 % in north campus du colleges  

But there many other college in Delhi university  that can give the admission  on the basis of your 12th result .

As admission  process  in du carries  two ways 

1. On the basis of entrance exam 

2. On the basis of 12th result 

So you can go through anyone as per your interest .
