I scored following marks in cbse class 12 in 2019 phy- 67 chem-71 mathematics-59 english-90 music-91 hindi-84 please let me know if I am eligible for jee advance2020 or I need to appear for improvement exams.

What I am suggesting you is that it will really help you if you reappear in improvement exam.
You are surely not eligible for JEE advanced as you are well below 75% in pcm section. Yet hopes are there if you go for improvement.
This way will be able to get admission into NITs also.
