i secure 610 marks in general categary and categary rank is 7338 , can i get admission in govt college, pls suggest college AIQ and state quota

Many congratulations for such a good score and you will get a good government medical college in India. As you know 15% AIQ and 85% state quota seats. So you may apply gor both quota to get your desired government college.
If you want to apply for the state quota you might get the top govt. Medical college in your state.
