    Hey ,

    You can able to give neet exam from every part of India . But for your OBC certificate concerns that things is that you can only apply in Karnataka under OBC certificate but in Maharashtra you will be eligible for only general categories your obc certificate only valid in karnataka.and all over India you can apply for deemed University as well

    What to do if I have completed my 10th and 12th in Maharashtra will I am eligible in Maharashtra as I am OBC candidate from Karnataka?

    You can appear for NEET anywhere from India, provided you fulfil their eligibility. But if you want to claim Maharashtra State domicile for their 85% State Counselling, you should have the domicile of the State and you should have completed your 10th and 12th from the State. And regarding the OBC Certificate, it might be valid if the Caste you belong to also falls under OBC Category in Maharashtra. It should be in Central OBC List. It is infact better to get one done from Maharashtra if you want to claim Maharashtra's domicile.
