Hello.
If you are pursuing BTech first year second time then also you can have the benefit of vidyashree scholarship but for that you need to submit the following documents:

Class 12th marksheet.
10th marksheet.
Domicile certificate
Proof of Identity
Proof of address
2nd second year marksheet for third year student and first year marksheet for second year student.

For this your family annual income should be between 0.00 to 5,00000 rupees.
