I take admission in bcom hona 1 st year and pursuing but now I want to do 2019 regular. Can it happens?

I am not aware of the whole process but you will have to provide a good reason for your change. And get this approved from the Vice Chancellor's office of Delhi University. if you wish to change colleges, you will have to go through the normal procedure after doing the minimum needful.
