No it won't get rejected because you were able to change your image even after correction window closure because NTA has allowed you to make corrections in your images so nothin to worry and if the images have been uploaded as per the prescribed specifications then it won't get rejected :-

-->> Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format),

-->> Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format),

-->> Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format),

-->> Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and

-->> Postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).
