The admission to most of the top Mass Communication colleges is done on the basis of merit in class 12 board exams.You must score at least 45% to 50% marks in class 12 in order to be eligible for the courses.

Most of the colleges set that as the eligibility criteria.Some of the popular universities KIIT University,Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), BHU ,MGM College,FTII(Film and Television Institute of India),GGSIPU conduct entrance exams for admission to Mass Communication Courses.Symbiosis University conduct SET Exam for Mass Communication degree.
