According to the NIRF Overall Report 2025, the Symbiosis Pune placement cell has placed 1218 undergraduate students and 2724 postgraduate students. The Placement Cell provided a Symbiosis Pune median salary of Rs. 4.60 - 7.78 Lakhs to UG and Rs 6.10 - 12.68 Lakhs to PG students.

Students have been placed in several leading organisations including JP Morgan, ICICI Bank and many more. Symbiosis Pune has a dedicated placement cell that assists students in securing job opportunities with reputed organizations offering attractive salary packages. The placement cell at SIU Pune conducts various training programmes, including workshops and seminars, to equip students with essential skills and industry-relevant knowledge.

Symbiosis Pune Placement Process 2025

Invitation to the companies: SIU Pune invites companies to conduct recruitment drives
Based on the mutual understanding between the SIU placement cell and the recruiters a particular day is fixed to conduct drives
The placement schedule is shared with the students to mark important dates
To participate in the recruitment drive, candidates are advised to get registered
Based on the academic requirements of the recruiters, candidates are shortlisted
Basic policies and insight into the companies are given to the students. The pre-placement talk test is taken by the companies to test the knowledge and skills of the students
Candidates are advised to qualify in the various tests conducted by the recruiters
Candidates who are selected for the tests are advised to take up a topic to explain their viewpoints and to express their opinions
This helps the recruiters to analyse the potential of the students and whether they are suitable for the job or not
Selected candidates are given offer letters with joining date, location, designation and the compensation offered to them

Placements are also amazing as big companies like flipkart, tcs, reliance do visit our college every year. Around 90% of students got jobs or internships in companies. Final year students are eligible for sitting in the placements from various courses. Average salary package last year was around 6-7 LPA. And many got highest salary of 20+LPA in MBA courses.

I'll conclude that we Online students will also be getting the opportunity to be placed through the placement cell of the university (if we want to be placed so). The university will be letting us know if there will be any opportunity for the online and Digital Learning students.
