The college provides labs, classrooms equipped with projector screen, library and Wi-Fi facility. Hostel rooms have common washrooms, Wi-Fi facility and LAN facility. An on-campus doctor is available but in a fixed timing. The mess serves average food quality, and a cafeteria is also available. Playground and courts are also available for sports.

Teachers are qualified, knowledgeable and helpful. Their teaching quality is good, and emphasis on learning. Assignments and tests provided to us help in understanding the industry basics. The course curriculum is very well designed. The concepts and techniques learned here will apply well in the industry.

Almost 99% of the students from our course were placed. The lowest salary package of 3.5 to 4 LPA and the highest salary package of 9 to 10 LPA and the average salary package of 5 to 6 LPA are offered in our college. Goldman Sachs, big four (KPMG, Deloitte, PWC and Ernst & Young), SPCL, Godrej Properties, JLL, L&T, etc., are the top recruiters. The project manager is the top role offered in our course. Almost 100% of the students got internships in companies like Goldman Sachs, SPCL, etc.

Our college has fully air-conditioned and well-decorated classrooms. Only a LAN connection is available. The campus is not fully Wi-Fi-enabled. It provides single-occupied rooms in the boys' hostel filled will all accessories, and they are non-air-conditioned. Toilets are common for 6 people and well-maintained. The quality of food served is fully maintained and hygienic. The taste of the food is the best. A paid canteen is available here. The quality and variety of food are available. The price is reasonable. Medical Facilities are available from 9 am to 6 pm. A medical card is also provided by the college. It provides all indoor and outdoor sports.

Teachers are well-qualified for the teaching purpose and are very friendly to understand the topic. They are always ready to give students the best. The course structure is based on the industrial requirements so that a student can relate to reality. The trimester is not too hard. If someone listens to the classes regularly, then they can easily score better. The pass percentage is 40%.

The hostel facilities are good with single and double occupancy. Our college provides different sports like badminton, table tennis, lawn tennis, cricket, and carrom. It has a football ground. Medical facilities are available in our college.

Faculty members are well-qualified. The teaching quality is very good. It is easily understandable. Our course is designed in such a way that can be applied in any construction and manufacturing company. Semester exams are easy. The pass percentage is 40%. Our course is as per industry standards and requirements.

I was studying Advanced Construction Management because I wanted to build a career in the construction industry. The education and teaching were on par with international standards. All the faculties had PhD degrees and were using case studies as teaching pedagogy quality.

Placements were very good at the college. I got placed in Reliance Retail as an assistant manager in Navi Mumbai at Reliance Corporate Park in the Planning Division of the West Zone Fit-out Team. 99% of the students were placed in my batch.

Campus is of 11 acres. The only thing people join here is for Placements. Once you are placed, the college becomes a resort for you. But my story was different, as I was the member of Placement Department who takes care of the Summer Internship and Placements of the college.

Average. College isn't that good for studies. But a recent change in management is eyeing to improve the academics part too. But as for my learning it wasn't that upto the mark. But the curriculum is too good.

As a member of Placement Department, I was taking care of Summer Internships and Placements of the college. So I can say the only good thing in this layoff season is NICMAR. As all the companies come from a construction background.

Value for money isn't that good for everyone as there are students who got placed in 7 lpa and less after paying a sum of around 16 Lakhs (including hostel). So it all depends on the level of knowledge a person possess.

Campus life is too good, other than the one who's in the Placement committee. Once you are placed in Nicmar the college life becomes a resort life as nobody is worried about the marks and attendance stuffs.

I can say the best college in India in terms of Construction Management courses. Despite the market conditions, Nicmar still provides the Placement and Internship opportunities to students which is just too good.
