Boys Hostel
Pune campus currently has four hostels, which together provide 1139 single occupancy rooms for boys.
Girls Hostel
Pune campus currently has four hostels, which together provides 194 shared occupancies for girl students.
Library
Each campus is equipped with a library. The Pune Campus Library is the central library designed to support the students, faculty & research scholars. It is a specialized library in the area of Construction Management, Project Management, Real Estate Management & Infrastructure Development. In addition, the library provides knowledge resources in a variety of management & engineering subjects such as:
I.T Infrastructure
The computer lab is air-conditioned. Computers in the computer labs are of the latest technology with leading construction business related application packages like Microsoft Project Management, Primavera (P6), BIM, Candy for Project Management and BRIX for contract management and SPSS, QE Pro for Data Analysis & Estimation and leading ERP packages like Microsoft Dynamics. Palisade Decision Tool Suite Industrial Software like @Risk, @Evolver, @Stat Tools, @Top Rank, @Neural Tools. An advanced Digital Language Lab is available for students to get proficiency in English.
Auditorium
The campus is having an auditorium with 300 seating capacity.
Classrooms
The classrooms has air-conditioned and well equipped with an LCD projector, a computer system with internet.
Sports
The College has Well-equipped facilities for indoor games such as Carom boards, TT tables, Chess boards, Gym, Music room, Common T.V. room are provided to the students. Outdoor sports facilities such as Football ground, Volleyball court, Badminton court are also provided.
Gym
The college has a Gym facility for the students.
Wifi
The Internet browsing service for 24 / 7 hours is provided to students at all campuses. Each student is provided with the Institute’s e-mail ID for academic communications. The campus at Pune is completely Wi-Fi with a high-speed internet connection.
Cafeteria
The mess facilities are run by the contractor hired by NICMAR under the supervision of the Manager, Premises and Services (P & S). The manager, according to the suggestion of Students’ Co-coordinator, prepares a menu on a weekly basis
Laboratories
The college has departmental based laboratories facility for the students.

College Infrastructure

Mostly students can enjoy their college life, but attendance is the biggest concern here. The quality of the facilities in our hostel is good. The quality of food served in the mess and canteen is good. Medical facilities, sports and games are also very good.

College Infrastructure

My college is having a very good infrastructure and the facilities we have is very good. We are having a separate library in each different and we are having a central library also. Food in the mess are so tasty and healthy, they will plan to make as healthy and tasty. Medical facilities are good we are having an hospital.

They give practical knowledge also.

College Infrastructure

Hostel and college are equipped with Wi-Fi and smart classrooms. The hostel has both air-conditioned and cooler rooms, and the mess provides both north Indian and south Indian food. In every department, we have a library, and we also have a central library on the campus for everyone.

how to prepare for nicmar entrance?

Hello dear student,

It is not that difficult as it seems to get into nicmar Pune. Please get a good command to solve quantitative aptitude refer RS Agarwal . Other than this I would also request you to get a good command on general knowledge as it is important ,general knowledge question comes and that you will crack only if you have good general knowledge. Also just be very confident when personal interview takes place so that you can fetch a seat
