Hi , you have mentioned that you belong to uttar pradesh and the college you have interest in which is shri Aurobindo medical college is in Madhya Pradesh . So in order to apply for colleges of other states you have to apply for them in all india counselling for deemed university . And then on the basis of your marks and the merit list prepared along with the availability of seat you can get a seat .
