It's all depends upon you. And what I want to suggest is 12th it's like concentrate on getting 75-80% and also the extra time concentrate on the topics which are having more weightage in JEE. For JEE, you need to score at least 75 in 12th so only concentrate on that and also if you concentrate more on physics when compared to all like Max concentration on physics and avg on both chemistry and maths is enough to score good marks in JEE. Try to practice as many as model papers you can.
Follow NCERT books back side for different models.

As I am also in 12th I will suggest you to complete 11th by December only by joining any crash course and make ur concepts crystal clear from January onwards we need to concentrate on boards.
