i want to cmplet my bsce mathematics course. if it is posible..?i only cmplet 1st year on 2013 2016batch

In general most of the universities in India gives a time period of 5 years in order to complete a course from the registration year. So as you have registered in 2013 then the last year to clear all the course work was on 2018 (This is the general scenario). Thus its predicted that you won't be able to clear the course based on the records of 2013.
Now as you haven't provided the name of the university then I would suggest you should verify the rules and regulations of the university.
