As you have asked whether you will be getting B.Sc. nursing based on your NEET score i.e. 223 and AIR 214520. Based on this details I can tell you that you'll be getting B.Sc. nursing in any collage it doesn't matter from which state your domicile certificate is of. You just need to fill the counselling form of your state and proceed further for choosing your collage.

For counselling you need to register on the state DGME website it is different for different states as you have not mentioned your state so am unable to guide you for the website but for example -: for UP state it's UPDGME, for maharashtra it's mahacet.org, for rajasthan it's ruhs.
