Generally, CA firms prefer only CA articles. However, big CA firms that compete with the big four in India hire MBAs as well, and thus recruit MBA interns as well. They'll assign you a specific service, so you'd better brush up on your skills.
Keep in mind that they will not pay you well for your internship.
