I want to get admission in this college so I have just passed the 12 grade and I also take additional subject physical education in school

See you have just passed class 12 and usually in many colleges pe is excluded but that then again depends upon the college.
If you are in isc then you could exclude pe i feel because that will actually be better.
I hope you get admission in the college
For cbse all the subjects are counted so i dont know
