From what I know and what is published on the official website, DU faculty of Law does not have a 5 year integrated program.

They have a 3 year - six semester LLB program.

But, if you wish to go for an integrated 5 year programme, then the best options available to you in Delhi NCR are:

National Law University , Dwarka - through AILET.

Amity University, Noida - through IPU CET

University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGSIPU, Dwarka - through IPU CET

Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat - through LSAT

hii dinesh!! law is a very good field to make a career. talking about 5 year law programme there are many courses available in 5 year law programme which are listed below.

• B.A.LL.B is a five year integrated course with B.A. Hons. If you are interested in arts subjects then this course is for you. this course will mainly open your doors to judicial examinations. 
• BBA.LL.B is a five year integrated course with BBA. this is maily for corporate purpose. if you are interested in corporate area then this is the go to course because it includes subjects like managements and business studies. it will give you seats in big corporate firms and banking sector.
• B.Sc.LL.B is for those who are tilted towards science stuffs. if you had science as your subject in 12th and you arenreally interested in scientific facts then this is the course you should opt for. students from this course deal with forensic matters of law.

Talking about the second half of your question, no DU does not conduct five year law programme it only conducts 3 year law programme.
