DNS in IMU is an course of one year diploma in nautical science through which you will in marine sector when you complete it there will be 18month on ship training after that you have to clear psychometric test then you will join your job it is private sector and total is aprox 5to 6 lakh for better college

DNS stands for Diploma in Nautical Science and this course is equals to B.Sc applied nautical science for the students who are interested in pursuing their career in Maritime services as candidates will have to clear common entrance test (CET) for the admission in IMU and its affiliated colleges. Also, there is nothing declared for the application dates for 2018 session but tentatively the applicatioon window should be open in this month (December) only.
