I want to make career in hacking field. So can I go for M.Tech-B.tech integrated programme in Computer science. Or I should go for btech only, or I should go for IT not CS. Please clear my doubt.

If you are wanting to be an Ethical Hacker then you can go for CSE. Because these will avail you a broad spectra of Computer Science and engineering which will help you afterwards. Now I would recommend you to go for only B.Tech because in many cases the M.Tech's face problem in getting jobs and other stuffs. So you should go for B.Tech and then try for Ethical Hacking courses.

This is my point of view and can differ from others. Don't take it granted but try to figure out what will be the best for you.
